20. April 2026
Help! I'm not booked for FIFA!
OK. First of all, take a deep breath. The first match is 2 1/2 months out.
Secondly, let's look at some market data:
Last-minute tickets just went on sale a few weeks ago (April 1st). We're seeing some movement in Miami, but our normal booking window is between 7 and 20 days (and you're worried about 60+ days out).
The World Cup tickets that have been sold before the April 1st release where the exclusive - (read expensive) - Match tickets. I believe we'll start seeing movement, i.E., bookings starting to trickle in

Here's what Miami's occupancy looks like in early April:
- 5% higher than last year's for the Saudi Arabia v Uruguay match,
- 17% higher for the Uruguay v Cabo Verde game,
- 30% higher for Scotland v Brazil and
- 17% higher for Colombia v Portugal.
But the booked prices are in the bottom quarter of listings, which means that the fans have booked the least expensive listings first.
Finally, remember our webinar on building a data-driven FIFA strategy. It's on April 22, and PriceLabs will take a deep dive into fan behavior, historical trends, market data, and more to help hosts run a FIFA strategy based on solid information. Plus, you'll hear from Airbnb leaders who are on the ground in South Florida and Atlanta.
