Our Tech Stack
Never forget that we're in the hospitality business. A solid tech stack, tuned to your own way of running a successful short-term vacation rental business, makes up the rails your business runs on. Done right, it frees up time for you to create unforgettable hospitality encounters for your guests.
Here are our favorite tech tools:

Hostaway
A good property management system is the backbone of your STR business.
It includes a channel manager that syncs all the calendars, combines all guest messages, and connects the rest of the software in the tech stack.
Hostaway is the global market leader and a robust and forward-thinking company.

PriceLabs
PriceLabs is our dynamic pricing tool. It looks at your past performance, current occupancy, current and future market data, and many other data points to predict the price we should charge for any given day. Then it recalculates all of that tomorrow.
Pricelabs has a listing optimizer tool that checks your listings for any issues you may have missed.

Truvi
Not every guest is a nice guest, and Truvi is our defense against spammers and crooks.
They verify every guest for us, which has made a huge difference in the quality of guests who stay with us.
Truvi also covers damage caused by our guests.

Aipex
Aipex is a hospitality software that runs on Alexa devices and provides a digital concierge service for our guests.
It suggests activities to enjoy in Miami, can answer questions about the property, and lets guests control the home's smart lights.

Minut
Minut uses a device in our homes to detect noise and smoking, counts how many devices are in use, and warns us if it senses that a group is starting a party.

StayFi
Guests love the commercial -grade WiFi routers that StayFi runs on. It's an easy login process, which also alerts us if more people connect than were booked.

Rebrandly
Sometimes you gotta share a link that's way too long with a guest, or you just want to track how many people click through.
Rebrandly is a link shortener that does all that and more.

Zapier
Sometimes we need something in our tech stack that the services we use here just don't do.
Zapier lets us write our own automations to get around certain limitations.
