We've been in the real estate business for 30 years and have been short-term vacation rental hosts for the past seven.
In 2023, we decided to move from hosting on Airbnb to running a true short-term vacation rental business.
We currently own and manage two listings in Miami, but have built a system that runs our business, which rivals many large management companies.
After studying our guests' journey and building out our tech tools, we saw a 75% increase in revenue. That's when we knew that we were onto something.
We love taking what we've learned and sharing it with other hosts who want to make the switch from running an Airbnb to building a short-term vacation rental business.
